Innovative 180-Changes Treatment Approach
Treatment at 180 Sanctuary is based on the innovative 180-Changes Approach designed by a clinical psychologist with decades of experience treating individuals with addiction, mental health issues and PTSD. The trauma-focused program combines the best of Western therapies with Eastern wellness practices, backed with evidence-based treatment modalities.
The innovative 180-Changes Approach™ focuses on integrated treatment that combines wellness elements with counseling therapy (5 one-on-one sessions per week) and coaching from a highly qualified clinical team. Physical fitness programs and 24 hour medical support from doctors and an on-site nursing team compliment the residential treatment offerings.
Eye movement desensitization (EMDR) and breathing sessions assist with past trauma, with specially-crafted treatment methods for addiction and mental health including Neurofeedback and Biofeedback Therapy, Sound Healing and Float Therapy.
180 Sanctuary @ Puripai Villa is the only behavioral rehab and treatment center in Thailand to offer training and certification for clients at no additional cost. There is the option to specialize and become certified in one of the following: Mindfulness, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Holistic Health or Sound Healing.
