About Clarity Thailand Rehab Centre
Clarity Thailand is a leading boutique rehabilitation centre, situated in a secluded and private location in the mountains of Northern Thailand. Clarity understands that each person’s experience with addiction, trauma, or co-occurring disorders is different and so designs their client’s individualised care plans based on their unique needs and circumstances.
The facility is fully secure and has staff available to clients 24/7 including having a medical team onsite. The treatment programme combines a multitude of the latest evidenced based addiction treatment approaches including CBT and DBT, group therapy, one to one therapy sessions (4 weekly), personal training with western fitness experts, massage and aromatherapy, geothermal hot springs, and offsite excursions and local experiences.
Bespoke treatment programmes
Clarity specialises in treating addiction, trauma, and co-occurring disorders. The treatment programme is made up of three phases, Discovery, Resilience, and Resolution. Clarity provides care from the beginning of the treatment process (medically assisted detox) all the way through to aftercare.
The programme provides clients with research driven, cutting edge information as to the underlying causes of addiction. Each phase of treatment targets specific parts of the addiction and underlying issues using a selected combination of evidence based approaches including Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Group Therapy, Trauma Focused Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitisation Therapy (EMDR), Tension Release Exercise (TRE) and more.
Clarity’s comprehensive approach also provides clients with real world tools that can be used in daily life to combat addiction and to deal with triggers with the goal to help their clients achieve and maintain long term recovery.

Activities and Options
Every piece of Clarity Thailand’s programme is in place to promote recovery, balance, and wellness. To this end, Clarity provides its clients an array of different activities and local experiences that encourage team work, boost natural dopamine and serotonin levels, and show those participating in the programme that they can have a great time without the use of substances. Some of these activities include; Meeting and bathing rescued elephants, white water rafting, Thai cooking classes, ziplining, local village experiences, temple tours, and much more.
Sober Housing and After Care
Clarity Thailand has a secondary care facility located in the heart of Chiang Mai city, a city which is often referred to as the recovery hub of South East Asia. Clients who graduate from Clarity’s intensive inpatient programme are eligible to enter the secondary care facility for extended care in a semi structured programme. All graduates from Clarity Thailand have access to a robust aftercare programme that can be accessed from anywhere in the world. This programme consists of online meetings, check-ins with recovery coaches and therapists, and referrals to our worldwide clinical network for continued care.
Qualified, Professional, and Ethical team
Clarity’s Staff has over 50 years of professional addiction treatment specialising in Clinical and Forensic Psychology. Their accredited specialists undergo regular clinical supervision and ongoing training. Clarity only use first line treatments for addiction and trauma therapy programmes, supported by a range of holistic therapies that you choose. All therapists are at least masters level educated and are accountable to governing bodies.
