An Evidence Based Programme incorporates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Psycho-Educational Training, Mindfulness Training, Physical Training, meditation, yoga, massage and 12-Step approaches into a 7 day a week programme with group and individual work daily.
