About One Step Rehab Center Thailand
One Step is an affordable all-addictions treatment center based in a beautiful, quiet Thai village outside of Chiang Mai city. It has immediate proximity to a hospital as well as local tourist attractions.
An in-house detox clinic is run by one of Thailand’s most experienced addiction physicians who is also a senior doctor at the local hospital. One Step has an emphasis on physical health and runs various sporting/outdoors activities for all ages.
The management team are one of the more experienced in the Thai rehab sector having founded and run numerous internationally recognized treatment centers. They built One Step Rehab to ‘get back to basics’ by offering a more affordable option than many of the other luxury centers, with an emphasis on ‘what works’.
Treatment is specific to substance and process addictions and mild accompanying physical and mental health disorders such as depression, anxiety and obesity. The center does not treat serious mental health issues.
One Step’s Tried and Tested Approach
With an internationally recognized management team, One Step offers high level Western style treatment in a beautiful Thai setting while keeping the costs low.
The main modalities used are CBT-Steps, Motivational Interviewing, Yoga-Nidra, and physical therapy including Muay Thai boxing training, yoga, swimming, water volleyball and weightlifting (One Steps has its very own ‘bootcamp’).
One Step Rehab offers 2 x one-on-one sessions per week, 2 x group therapy daily, and one to one holistic sessions such as therapeutic massage, breathwork, guided meditation, deep relaxation and bespoke nutrition regimes. Highly skilled physical fitness trainers and 24 hour on-site medical support compliment the lengthy experience of the counseling team.
Exploring the stunning scenery of Northern Thailand is an added feature of One Step Rehab as they are situated in the hills near to all of Chiang Mai’s main tourist attractions.
