The Dawn provides comprehensive residential care for substance abuse and behavioral addictions as well as mental health issues including anxiety, depression, and executive burnout. A trauma program further explores and treats underlying issues around childhood trauma that can be the root cause of mental health illnesses.
Using a proven Twin Pillars approach, The Dawn balances counseling work with wellness therapies such as meditation, reiki, massage, yoga, and exercise. These holistic options are designed to help clients heal faster and regain physical and emotional strength.
The Twin Pillars approach to treatment focuses on equipping clients with the tools needed to cease negative behaviors and regain self-sufficiency.
Rehabilitation combines Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).
